Looks like this BMW driver is from SEATTLE (Can't read the sign)-- We all know that our TACOMA BMW drivers would never park like this -- or maybe they would --

Tacoma BMW drivers would only park like that if they couldn't back up!

This driver obviously did not have any Brownrices nearby...
