The Day After

Meg thinks she is a bird dog now that I let her play with one of the pheasant wings.



So, for dinner tonight I cooked up the pheasants. Here they were before I cooked them.

Here they are after I prepared them. Very yummy. Paige prefers elk, Austin thought they tasted like turkey, Mom doesn't like wild game, Dad and I loved them!

An extra Halloweenie shot of some of the kids pumpkins. The "doom to all" belongs to Austin and the cat and moon and cute face belong to Paige.

I think I need a few lessons from Shelley in order to take better shots. :)
